Job Description
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and providing information as needed.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic management software.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist patients with registration, check-in, and completion of necessary forms.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as appropriate.
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
