Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Network, Security & Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team to work offshore from based from our Cairo office, serving Samir Group – a leading company in Saudi Arabia.. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, system environments, and IT security controls.
Network:
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure (Switching, Routing, DHCP, DNS, Access Points).
- Perform new setups, firmware upgrades, and ongoing system monitoring.
- Configure and manage Firewall systems, including policies, services, licensing, and version upgrades.
- Setup and monitor servers, ensuring performance and reliability.
Systems Administration:
- Configure and administer Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) – policies, services, licenses, and monitoring.
- Configure and manage Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Exchange Email Services – configuration, monitoring, policies, and licensing.
Security Management:
- Implement and monitor Endpoint Security solutions (devices, policies, services, licensing).
- Configure and manage Azure Intune (users, groups, devices, policies, services).
- Administer Microsoft Defender Security (domain, users, devices, policies).
- Manage Email Security Cloud Gateway (domain protection, monitoring, licensing).
- Monitor and enforce Network Security policies.
- Perform Vulnerability Management – scanning, patching, reporting.
- Implement and support Security Awareness Solutions and user training programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and server technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (AD, VM, Intune, Defender).
- Solid understanding of email and endpoint security solutions.
- Good troubleshooting and incident response skills.
- Strong documentation and communication skills
