Job Description

Knowledge

Deep understanding of MarTech platforms, especially Google Marketing Platform (GA, GTM, etc.), Looker Studio, and Marketing Automation Tools.
Strong understanding of marketing data flows, analytics frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
Awareness of data privacy, CPR, and best practices for compliant data handling.
Understanding of banking regulatory documentation processes, including but not limited to RAR handling, outsourcing documentation, Third-Party Risk Management, Risk Control Self-Assessments and others.
Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management and contracting processes, including RFP design, evaluation, onboarding, and compliance integration.
Understanding of budget planning processes for marketing technology initiatives.

Skills

Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation plans.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines (proven track record).
Excellent vendor management, contracting, and negotiation skills.
Financial acumen to support budget forecasting, allocation, and tracking
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Consultancy skills with a solution-oriented approach and a focus on efficiency and ROI.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MarTech implementation, integration, and optimization.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end MarTech projects, from planning to execution.
Demonstrated experience in handling, steering, and leading external vendors, including RFP management, vendor selection, contracting, onboarding, and compliance oversight.
In-depth experience with banking regulatory documentation and compliance processes, including but not limited to RAR handling, outsourcing documentation, TPRM, and RCSAs.
Experience supporting budget planning, forecasting, and tracking in marketing technology or technology/digital projects.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams across business, marketing, data, analytics, IT, procurement, ISG and other regulatory and compliance functions.
