Job Description
- Prepare price quotations for customers.
- Organize and arrange order shipments from the warehouse.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Enter customer orders into the system and make sure they match customer requirements.
- Follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- Good in using Computer (Word – Excel - …)
- Very good English is required .
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- 2 or more years of experience in the sales or operations area.
