Job Description
A leading organization in real estate development located at new Cairo is searching for HR generalist to join HR team.
- Recruit, screen, interview, or place individuals within an organization. May perform other activities in multiple human resources areas.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
- Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
- Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
- Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
- Administer compensation or benefits programs.
- Perform human resources activities.
- Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.
- Administer employee insurance, pension.
- Develop, implement, administer, and evaluate personnel and labor relations programs, including performance appraisal.
- Analyzing Data or Information
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
- Administer personnel recruitment or hiring activities.
- Administer compensation or benefits programs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Work requires a University Degree in information technology, law, finance, computer science, or business administration
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Prior Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of HR experience preferred in Real estate, Construction, Property management, HR consulting industries.
- 3-7 years’ experience.
