Job Description

A leading organization in real estate development located at new Cairo is searching for HR generalist to join HR team.

  • Recruit, screen, interview, or place individuals within an organization. May perform other activities in multiple human resources areas.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
  • Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
  • Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
  • Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
  • Administer compensation or benefits programs.
  • Perform human resources activities.
  • Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.
  • Administer employee insurance, pension.
  • Develop, implement, administer, and evaluate personnel and labor relations programs, including performance appraisal.
  • Analyzing Data or Information
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
  • Administer personnel recruitment or hiring activities.
  • Administer compensation or benefits programs.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Work requires a University Degree in information technology, law, finance, computer science, or business administration
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Prior Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of HR experience preferred in Real estate, Construction, Property management, HR consulting industries.
  • 3-7 years’ experience.
