- Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations.
- Setup and configure surveillance cameras.
- Configuring attendance machines and its' reporting system service.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals.
Job Requirements
* 2-3 Years of proven experience as IT Specialist.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering is a Must.
* Males only.
* Giza Residents Only (The company is currently located at Zahraa El Maadi, but relocating to El Sheikh Zayed).
* Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills.
* Experience in Information Technology (Technical Support-Help Desk-Networking).
* Network Security knowledge.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of relevant hardware and software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or related field.
