Lead the sales team and manage sales activities targeting architects, consultants, and end-users to strengthen the company’s market position.
Lead the design team and also the technical team.
Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively, aligning departmental goals and processes with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Oversee purchasing, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency to optimize supply chain management.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across operational processes.
Collaborate with finance and logistics departments to make decisions that drive organizational growth and improve profitability.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial data to support informed decision-making.
Perform quality control, monitor production KPIs, and continually seek operational and customer service quality improvements.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a high-performance team.
Prepare comprehensive analysis reports for the Board of Management and provide strategic guidance to the General Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in Lighting design field
Proven experience in sales management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and train a high-performance team.
Experience in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Ability to formulate and implement strategic objectives aligned with organizational goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and KPIs.
Knowledge of industry best practices and legal compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
