Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Reefer Export Operations to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage Reefer Exports: Handle all steps to ensure smooth and compliant refrigerated cargo shipments from start to finish.
- Track and Monitor: Keep a close eye on reefer containers to maintain temperature and resolve any issues quickly.
- Handle Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary export paperwork accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external partners (shipping lines, etc.) for efficient operations.
- Solve Problems: Address operational challenges effectively to prevent delays.
- Be the Customer Expert: Serve as the main contact for reefer export clients, building strong relationships.
- Provide Excellent Service: Answer customer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all relevant international trade rules and regulations for reefer transport.
- Improve Processes: Look for ways to make operations more efficient.
- Mentor Team Members: Guide and support less experienced colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of shipping operations, documentation, and port regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English
