We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Sales MENA (m/f/d), to represent our business and further develop this region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about media and entertainment with the drive to support, retain and grow our client base, already having a strong record of B2B technology sales in this industry. You'll gain the trust of our clients, building professional relationships with key executives at client companies and selling our services through knowledge and integrity. You should be driven to succeed and will be measured by our growth targets, so you will know how to drive new business to achieve group commercial success. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia.Your TasksYou act as a representative of the Qvest GroupYou are responsible for defining market and customer strategiesYou take over the responsibility for the sales practices of the Qvest GroupYou take on the classification of customers in a tier model defined by QvestYou have a 360° view of the customerYou define an engagement plan with specific KPIs for customers in each tier to ensure successYou have a close relationship to customers decision makers (CIO, CTO, purchase department, departments heads)You are responsible for the proactive individual customer tiering and thresholds by regionYou have the knowledge to identify and understand client needs, budgets, strategies and objectivesYou have full budget responsibility for a region and a vertical in a region, including the synergy growth of the Qvest Group companiesYou have a direct engagement with general managers of Qvest Group companies and principals / practice leads to achieve strategy goals at clientsYou have direct responsibility for closing MSAsYou have an understanding of the competitive landscapeYou demonstrate the opportunities in the steering committee from your point of viewYou define the bid strategy, including the responsibility for a successful bidReporting takes place in SalesforceYou are responsible for compliance with the approval matrixYour ProfileA graduate or master's degree in the relevant fields (e.g., business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or similar)Proven experience in defining market and customer strategies in highly dynamic market environmentsValidated experience in the fields of digital transformation, multi-product and solution sales (Cloud, Software/SaaS/PaaS) in the media & entertainment field, specifically in a B2B sales environmentDemonstrated track record of success in sales within media and entertainment technology, showcasing a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs and product/service positioningPassion for data-driven sales managementHighly customer-focused and excellent social skills with the capability to inspire and build trusted relationships, both, internally and externallyMotivated to work close to the customer, placing services directly to them, and thereby understanding the customer's needsProven results in sales development and strategies for market and customerExperienced in managing multiple projects, priorities, costumers and stakeholders simultaneouslyCommercial acumen and expertise in negotiating and closing dealsRelationship management skills at C-level and mid-management levelRoutine handling of sales management software (CRM) and MS OfficeBusiness fluent English in spoken and written formNative language of Arabic is desirableProactive, ambitious and hands-onStrong analytical skills, with the ability to build and manage sales pipelineOur Offer – unbeatableWe offer you a secure, permanent and attractive workplace in an internationally successful and dynamically growing company.
