• Coordinate daily site transportation plans, including labor buses, pickups, and service vehicles, ensuring punctual movement of workers and staff to/from the site.
• Manage on-site vehicle assignments and maintain an up-to-date transportation schedule in line with manpower distribution and construction activities.
• Supervise site drivers, monitor attendance, driving behaviour, and ensure strict adherence to safety and traffic regulations.
• Ensure all site vehicles are legally registered, insured, and maintained as per Egyptian regulatory requirements and project needs.
• Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in coordination with maintenance workshops and leasing vendors.
• Handle urgent transportation requests and manage the dispatch of vehicles for material delivery, equipment movement, or emergency situations.
• Coordinate logistics for site mobilization, demobilization, and VIP or inspection visits.
• Keep accurate logs of fuel usage, mileage, maintenance history, and driver records.
• Support the procurement or rental process of construction transportation vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE regulations for all transport activities within and outside the site.
• Prepare transportation-related reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for the Admin or Project Manager’s review.
