Seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with a strong background in MySQL, Linux, Mikrotik systems.

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements:

4+ years Experience in Software technical support role , with in-depth knowledge of MySQL, TCP, HTTP, Mikrotik system and SMPP protocols, SMS or telecommunication is a plus.
Proficient in Windows/Linux, with solid networking and database skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related, or equivalent experience.
Ready to work overnight shifts.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent at teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
