Job Description
- Collaborating with project managers to develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying variances.
- Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.
- Reviewing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Managing financial aspects of contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance and seeking cost-saving opportunities.
- Handling petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Maintaining accurate financial records for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Forecasting and managing cash flow needs for the project, ensuring adequate funding.
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records for all project transactions.
- Regularly communicating with project managers, the accounting department, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a same role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is Preferable.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
