Job Description
- Manage contractor payments and ensure timely disbursement according to contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with site engineers in purchasing material and equipment needed for project operations.
- Collect and review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents from project sites.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for project sites.
- Collaborate with headquarters accounting team to reconcile site accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide support during internal and external audits as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Work experience as an Accountant in construction industry.
- Knowledge of Egyptian accounting regulations and practices.
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience from 5 to 7 year.
- Experience in the Construction Sector is a must 3 year minimum
- Communication skills - written and verbal English is requirement
- Kowledge of tax insurance lows
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
