Job Description
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgets.
- Prepare and process financial settlements for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Work closely with subcontractors to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for construction projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in construction.
- Experience with subcontractors.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Excel, Google, etc.).
