Location: Saudi Arabia (Saudi or GCC National)

Position Overview:

The Branch and Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Kingdom Aviation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring smooth operational and administrative compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business aviation professional to make a significant impact from day one.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO on business strategy, operational execution, and administrative compliance.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Spot market opportunities and initiate sales activities to generate revenue from our service portfolio.
  • Coordinate and follow up with customers to close sales opportunities effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for prospects, customers, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the CEO.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in the business aviation sector (ideally in a flight support organization, airport operations, or private jet operations).
  • In-depth understanding of airport and aviation operations.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in time-critical situations.
  • Saudi National, currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for industry events and client meetings.
