Job Description
•Review & update category strategy in line with company & brand strategy
•Develop category annual operational plan (AOP) in line with company guidelines
• Recommend Market Research based on category needs
• Recommend category pricing & promotion strategy
• Constantly analyze brand & market research data to monitor performance against KPIs & take corrective actions
• Monitor category performance vis a vis plans
• Conduct frequent consumer & market visits to monitor trade & consumers response to implemented activities
• Develop & implement annual plans to support category objectives & strategy based on approved budget
• Lead the category innovation process & innovations deployment plans
• Communicate with Marcom team & Advertising Agencies for communication & activation development
• Train & develop subordinates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Marketing / BA / Economics
- Min Years of experience: 2
- Max Years of Experience: 6
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Fluent in English is Required
