Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Food Technologist to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and scaling up functional powder products, including protein blends and plant-based meat replacers.
- Work hands-on with formulation
- Raw material selection
- Pilot production using our 4000-liter twin screw horizontal ribbon mixer.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in product development (especially powders or proteins)
- Good understanding of food ingredients: proteins, fibers, stabilizers, binders
- Hands-on experience in food formulation or pilot production
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, or other food safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Based in Egypt or willing to relocate.
