Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Quality Monitoring and Assurance: Oversee and monitor the quality of food products throughout all production stages, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Implementing Quality Systems: Supervise the implementation of internationally recognized quality systems, such as ISO 9001 and HACCP, to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Data Analysis: Perform regular product analyses, review test and inspection results, and ensure they meet the established quality criteria.
- Quality Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on inspection results, quality control processes, and operational performance, providing follow-up on any quality issues and developing action plans for improvement.
- Internal Auditing: Organize and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality systems across different departments.
- Training and Guidance: Train employees on quality standards and guide them on food safety measures and practices to prevent potential risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply continuous improvement practices to monitor and enhance product quality, minimize waste, and reduce defects.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensure company compliance with local and international food safety and quality laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Al-Fayoum residents or willing to relocate (adminstrative accommodation is available).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and systems such as ISO 9001 and HACCP.
- Ability to use quality analysis tools and software.
- Experience in preparing and implementing quality reports and analyses.
- Personal Qualities:
- High attention to details and ability to track every step of the production process.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
