Job Description

 

  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Create prospective campaigns in our target markets.
  • Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
  • Set goals for the business development and align strategies to meet those goals.
  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities in medical facilities such as (Universities, Hospitals…etc.)   
  • Analyze data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights.
  • Prepare presentations (Different types of presentations: New Concepts, Service Reviews & Service Testing), business plans, and all commercial aspects. 
  • Coordinate in preparing a new Virtual \ in house event.
  • Encourage new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Medical/Hospitality industry is a must.
  • Previous experience in UAE culture is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, hard worker with innovative skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
