Job Description
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Create prospective campaigns in our target markets.
- Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
- Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
- Set goals for the business development and align strategies to meet those goals.
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities in medical facilities such as (Universities, Hospitals…etc.)
- Analyze data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights.
- Prepare presentations (Different types of presentations: New Concepts, Service Reviews & Service Testing), business plans, and all commercial aspects.
- Coordinate in preparing a new Virtual \ in house event.
- Encourage new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Medical/Hospitality industry is a must.
- Previous experience in UAE culture is preferable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, hard worker with innovative skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented.
