Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing and Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials and services necessary for the production of lubricants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely supply of materials and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to forecast future material needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to procurement or supplier performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, Must in the manufacturing or industrial sector.(3-7 Years of Experience)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
