Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols to safeguard company data.
- Assist in the deployment and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software rollouts.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology-driven projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing to maintain business continuity.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as needed.
