Job Description
Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and trends to expand the company's footprint.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
- Create business proposals and presentations for prospective clients and partners.
Sales Team Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs and objectives.
- Oversee lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Customer Service Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by setting standards and monitoring the performance of the customer service team.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and solve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to gather customer feedback and use it to enhance product/service offerings.
Marketing Team Management:
- Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to maximize market penetration and business growth.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and promotional activities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the finance, operations, and product development teams to align business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer service, and marketing performance for senior management.
Job Requirements
- Experience 15 to 20 years in Marketing, sales, Customer Services
- Proven working experience as a business development manager
- MBA is a Must
- Relevant experience in HR Services & Consultants is a privilege
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
