Role Description
As BIM coordinator, you will support our team during design development and coordination of healthcare projects from design stage to construction reviewing, marking-up and running and review clash detection analysis on models as part of the coordination, review and marking up of drawings and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and continuously develop the Company’s BIM system components, personnel, and workflow
- Create and customize Revit families and templates
- Trouble shooting and issues resolution
- Periodically Run Clash detection tests and identify and coordinate with related engineers
- Create and Customize dynamo scripts
- Attend BIM sessions with clients and contractors
- Create BEPs and BIPs according to ISO and best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of experience with certified training for this position, preferably within the healthcare projects sector.
- Fully aware of MEP systems
- Expert in Revit, Navis works, Dynamo
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Communication skills that support the team working environment (written/verbal)
- Excellent in English language (written/ verbal).
- Ability to present his/her work and represent the firm in meeting.
- Good interpersonal skills.
