Job Description
A Bahrain based E-Commerce consumer platform, offering a selection of consumer durables including homeware, personal, fashion and beauty products. The platform is designed for one-stop shop experience.
The company requires an Operations Manager to launch and build out the business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project manage all eCommerce related activities from discovery to implementation on-time and under budget.
- Test E Commerce existing website/App
- Work closely with Developer to make required changes as necessary.
- Uploading product details
- Launch of the platform
- Report all website bugs/issues and work with developers to find resolutions
- Manage Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting and project trends for use in forecasting
- Running of the Operations on a day-to-day basis
- Manage eCommerce platform experience including finding product, product images, adding to cart and order placement process;
- Monitor implementing of marketing strategies
- Liaising with logistics providers
- Manage vendor & customer database
- Managing the payment gateway
- Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to monitor KPI’s and identify areas of opportunity
Job Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- About 3-5 years’ experience in E Commerce Operations
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience;
