Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, from briefing to completion.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each project and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track progress, manage resources, and proactively address roadblocks.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing updates.
- Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders and maintain alignment on objectives.
- Champion quality control and brand alignment throughout all deliverables.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Stay updated on gaming and digital marketing trends to bring fresh insights to campaigns.
Job Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or gaming industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, community dynamics, and branding principles.
- Experience working with creatives, copywriters, strategists, and marketing specialists.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with a calm, detail-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Passion for gaming, esports, and digital culture.
- Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in or strong knowledge of the gaming/esports industry.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and influencer/KOL campaigns.
- PMP certifications are a plus.
- Experience in client-facing roles with account management responsibilities.
