Job Description
- Warmly greet customers as they enter the store, engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their communication and connectivity requirements.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Money Fellows products to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals by actively promoting and selling Money Fellows products.
- Offer personalized support to customers, address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately handle sales transactions, including contracts, upgrades, activations, and payments, while strictly following company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest Money Fellows products, promotions, and industry trends to educate customers and effectively address their questions.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Job Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success as a retail sales representative or in a similar role, preferably within the financial or payment services sector.
- Solid knowledge of the retail industry and familiarity with the fintech sector.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
