Job Description
The Inventory Planning Specialist is responsible for planning the stock and distributing Spare parts to service centers according to studies and analyzing demand patterns, monitoring inventory levels, and developing inventory plans to meet customer requirements .
- Prepare and validate all spare parts requests
- Prepare and meet all workshops needs (All Commercial and Passenger workshops).
- Dead stock validation and collection.
- Sales Plan Review.
- Reverse Replenishments.
- Review orders of workshops consumable items.
- Make initial requisitions for all new workshops in coordination with concerned BU.
- Prepare spare parts internal requisitions to be transferred to workshops warehouses per the agreed upon replenishment plan in SOP.
- Ensure that the availability of spare parts in workshop warehouses is based on ABC classifications as per the SOP.
- Prepare the automotive order planning and warehousing KPI(s) monthly.
- Apply the authority matrix process for planning module.
- Prepare a periodic stock analysis.
Job Requirements
Special Certification or Training Required:
1- Preferred to have a technical mechanical automotive background and to know main supply chain
principals / concepts.
2- Specialized knowledge in automotive inventory planning.
3- Specialized knowledge in automotive inventory planning ERP module
Required Industry Experience: : 2-4 years in the automotive field
Technological Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Oracle
Language Requirements: Very Good command of English
