Job Description
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand.
- Calculate the MRP (Material requirements planning) and accordingly the PRs for the local and imported material
- Adjust schedules to address production delays, equipment issues, or material shortages.
- Monitor raw material levels and plan procurement in coordination with the supply chain team.
- Maintain planning records and update ERP/MRP systems with accurate data.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on plan adherence, efficiency, and delivery performance.
- Participate in daily production meetings to address and resolve planning conflicts
- Identify opportunities for improving planning processes and workflow.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in production or supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment (Preferred in Blown Industry).
- Experience working with ERP systems as Oracle
- Familiarity with demand forecasting and inventory control techniques
