Job Description
Position Title: Digital Transformation Advisor
Location: On-site – Saudi Arabia
Project Duration: 3 years (1,065 working days)
Language: Arabic speaker preferred
Role Summary:
We are looking for 1–2 Digital Transformation Advisors to lead and support our client's transformation initiatives.
The role focuses on executing a modern, data-driven strategy aligned with national digital mandates, including DGA compliance and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, refine, and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy.
Define and track performance indicators (KPIs) across transformation initiatives.
Classify initiatives based on short-, mid-, and long-term value and impact.
Promote a culture of digital innovation through pilot use cases and internal workshops.
Conduct digital maturity assessments across departments.
Develop detailed gap analyses and implementation roadmaps.
Ensure full alignment with Digital Government Authority (DGA) policies and standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong experience in digital transformation strategy, innovation enablement, or public sector digital initiatives.
Deep understanding of DGA policies, national compliance frameworks, and digital KPIs.
Experience leading cross-functional workshops and building performance dashboards.
Proven ability to translate strategy into operational roadmaps.
Arabic language proficiency is required.
Arabic speakers with experience in KSA standards related to Enterprise Architecture (EA), NORA, BizzDesign, and DGA policies and compliance are highly preferred.
Familiarity with international frameworks and standards such as:
TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT
ISO 9001, CMMI
Knowledge of AI, Blockchain, and emerging technologies is a strong advantage.
Additional Information:
Saudi nationality is not required.
