Job Description
- Responsible for the clients’ accounts starting from the activation phase after receiving the advising form and activation checklist from the CCD.
- Responsible for reviewing the clients’ assignments including contracts, invoices, direct or endorsed cheque etc… and reporting the discrepancies to the concerned parties.
- Processing the receivables quality and validity to ensure detecting fraudulent and duplicate invoices.
- Assuring all terms and conditions stated in the internal approval are met and obtained.
- Preparing all the required documents to be signed prior to disbursement like the assignment list, notification list, offer of payment etc…
- Preparing the operational and disbursement checklists, having them reviewed then signed and approved from the DCEO/CEO.
- Communicating the fees amount to the client and insuring the collection prior to disbursement (in case of reverse factoring) in accordance with the A/R department.
- Sending the transactional cheques to treasury department to be sent to A.T. Lease bank for collection after reviewing them.
- Following up with the finance department regarding the receivables collection status.
- Releasing the retained amounts/retention back to the client at maturity upon the collection of the transactional cheques (most commonly in receivables factoring).
- Conducting Invoice verification using as indicator the historical receivables of the client with the different debtors in terms of average quantities, amounts, invoice serial number etc...
