Job Description
Executive Office Management:
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate communication and workflow between departments and the General Manager.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and documentation on behalf of the GM.
- Follow up on the implementation of executive decisions and tasks.
Human Resources Management:
- Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee files and records.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee performance evaluations.
- Handle employment contracts, payroll data coordination, and bonus/incentive tracking.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Organize onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- New Cairo Residents only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
