Job Description

Support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and promoting Talent Navigator’s HR solutions (Recruitment, E-Training, and HR Consulting) across Egypt and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities: 

● Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing business clients.

● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential business partners.

● Present and promote company products and services to potential clients through virtual meetings and calls.

● Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM systems.

● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

● Participate in strategy sessions to refine sales approaches and business development tactics.

● Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications & Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. 
    • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in sales or business development. 
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
    • Organized, proactive, and target-oriented. 
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus. 
    • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken & written).
    • Comfortable working independently in a home-based environment.
