Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field
• A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of sourcing best practices and market conditions
• Leading RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
• Building relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Managing procurement teams and mentoring junior buyers.
• Implementing procurement technology solutions
• Negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
