Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 3–5 years of experience to deliver high-quality, end-to-end Power BI and SQL-based solutions. The role involves direct interaction with business stakeholders, so strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business teams to gather and clarify requirements
• Build insightful and scalable Power BI dashboards using Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service
• Design optimized data models and support data architecture planning
• Write and maintain high-performance SQL queries and stored procedures
• Develop and manage ETL processes using SSIS
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and solution quality
• Support data governance: metadata, lineage, quality controls
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
