Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Leads the planning, execution, and promotion of cultural and social events while managing budgets and teams. Continuously evaluate activities to enhance member engagement and revenue opportunities.
Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Create and oversee a diverse calendar of cultural and social events, including workshops, lectures, exhibitions, festivals, and recreational activities aligned with the club's values.
- Monitor expenses and revenues related to events, provide regular reports to Operations & Sports Director.
- Set plans for Wadi El-Fenoon & library and Travel and ensure that employees adhere to them and guide them.
- Prepare the budget for social and culture activities, manage it, and ensuring its efficient use.
- Ensure promotion and marketing of events and trips to attract the right audience and increase participation.
- Provide regular reports on the outcomes of events and trips, analyzing them to improve future performance.
- Address problems and challenges that may arise during the organization of events and trips and find effective solutions.
- Review and approve activity schedules for the department to coordinate work among sections.
- Review survey results to understand members' opinions on the services provided by the team and identify opportunities for improvement or the introduction of new activities.
- Approve the management's requirements for raw materials needed to carry out the planned activities.
- Explore various opportunities to increase revenue from activities offered to members.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.
Job Requirements
Educational background and previous experience:
- A suitable bachelor's degree preferred in Arts.
- Min. 10 years of experience in the same field.
