Job Description
We are looking for Technical Recruiters who can:
- Participate in the sourcing and matching phase
- Easily communicate with the Developers through (phone calls, e-mails)
- Schedule interviews
- Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage data pool and organize it
- Send and analyze feedback forms and prepare interesting surveys
Job Requirements
- High level of commitment
- Time management
- High communication and negotiation skills
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- High level of organization, we prefer people with OCD level of organizing
- Passionate to learn and gain new experiences
- Giza/October residents are preferred
