Job Description
- Follow up all inventory transaction, receiving , issues , adjusting & match the ending balance with trial balance
- Follow up all purchase order & ensure the P.O including in budget
- Prepare physical counting procedures & analyze the variance
- Follow up the imported cost
- Follow up production consumables & follow up production batches
- Follow up material consumption & ensure stock controlling.
- Review all posted expenses, its cost center and make sure that all expenses assigned in a right way.
- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports
- Analyzing all P&L elements
- Prepare monthly result presentation
- Help in prepare the yearly budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce /Accounting At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting
-MS Excel , Power Point , Word .
- ERP Oracle system user
-Ideally, possess a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory management at communication and observation.
-Have a detailed understanding of inventory control/management systems
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
-Good communication skills (written/oral)
-Strong organizational skills.
-Proactive attitude
