Job Description
- Develop and implement advanced cost accounting systems
- Supervise inventory control and management processes
- Prepare detailed cost reports and analytical reviews
- Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations
- Lead and manage the Costing and Inventory team
- Establish inventory management policies and procedures
- Regularly review and update cost standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cost data accuracy
- Prepare operational budgets and cost forecasts
- Develop key performance indicators to measure efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
- Minimum 7 years (including 3 years in leadership role)
- Professional certifications (CMA, CPA) preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Industrial/Manufacturing experience (mandatory).
