Job Description
- Maintaining optimal stock levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Analyzing stock-related transactions, reconciling stock discrepancies, and contributing to financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as audit requirements related to stock.
- Analyzing stock levels, identifying trends, and proposing solutions to address stock shortages or overstock issues.
- Working closely with finance, accounting, and other relevant teams to ensure accurate financial data and efficient stock management.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role
- Active participation in inventory audits
- BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and reporting procedures.
- Inventory Management Expertise: Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and supply chain management practices.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and compliance.
