Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Calculate & improve Forecast Error & BIAS KPIs to improve the overall supply chain process
- Balance the Supply and Demand of finished goods to ensure targeted Customer Service level and Inventory targets achievement considering demand variations
- Manage inventory availability and inventory health including improved in-stock rates, inventory planning, and systematic forecasting
- Work with internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect purchasing and category management workflow
- Ensure Product Availability and Inventory Management to meet the strategic and Sales plans of the company
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in inventory planning, operations, retail, consulting, and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications. Advanced Excel required - Access and SQL/ETL preferred
- CPIM / CSCP is a plus
