Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive spare parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely availability of parts.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize spare parts procurement, storage, and distribution processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of spare parts staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best terms for quality and pricing.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and turnover rates to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, and sales departments to ensure seamless parts availability and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to track parts movement and generate accurate reports.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive spare parts management .
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of spare parts supply chain, inventory control, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize operations.
