Job Summary:
The Export Sales Support Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the export sales process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service to our international clients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including order processing, export documentation, logistics coordination, and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
• Process and follow up export orders, including order entry, data verification, and communication with internal departments (production, logistics, finance).
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to customer specifications.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs requirements.
• Follow up shipments and provide updates to customers on order status.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and export procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with international customers and distributors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export transactions.
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues related to orders and shipments.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in international business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an export-related role.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
