Success in this role means being responsible for tracking the performance of the sales team — monitoring daily targets and ensuring the team stays on track, play a vital role in connecting Sales Advisors with internal departments, resolving any operational gaps quickly and efficiently. Through accurate reporting, performance analysis, and insightful presentations, keep the Area Sales Manager and Head of Sales fully informed on daily targets, team performance, and key operational updates.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (ability to prepare reports, charts, and presentations).
- Proven ability to track performance metrics and analyze data related to sales KPIs and daily targets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism.
