Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations & looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to help drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close agreements
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proven work experience in sales or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing markets
