We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in high-end residential real estate (Cairo West) . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team, steering them towards success in the competitive market of luxury villas.
- Expertise in leading sales professionals with a focus on high-end residential real estate, proficient at motivating and evaluating team performance.
- Navigate the team through complex sales scenarios, tapping into market trends and uncovering new opportunities.
- Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team possesses the most current knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market, particularly in the green belt area, to effectively compete and excel.
- Conduct detailed market analysis and generate reports that will inform strategic business decisions.
- Excel in communication and negotiation, fostering strong relationships with clients to secure and maintain their business.
- Manage the effective use of technology and software tools to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a sales Manager in the real estate sector, preferably with luxury residential properties.
- Strong leadership capabilities, able to inspire and drive a team towards excellence.
- Expert knowledge of the local housing market and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technological tools.
