Job Description
- Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring top standards in visual merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory control.
- Monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics; develop and implement strategies to improve results.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff; conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to manage promotions and stock planning.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to upper management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager or similar role, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Sales-driven and highly motivated by achieving targets.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems (POS, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Very good command of English and Arabic (preferred).
