- Deal with incoming inquiries from clients.
- Manage client renewals, including renewal documentation, renewal quotations
- follow up the orders and the quotations.
- Promote and maintain a high Company image of professionalism, competence, and customer Satisfaction
- handle the order with our suppliers with professionalism and Excellent English skills
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must in Arabic & English.
- V.Good command of MS office
- Bachelor degree
- Strong client service skills
- Effective Communication Skills
- Basic understanding of the industry is a plus.
