Job Description
1. Compensation Analysis and Strategy:
- · Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
- · Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- · Carry out & participate in salary surveys & analyze data to maintain a competitive position market.
- · Manage the Job evaluation.
- · Manage full merit and bonus cycles for the whole population in all Centro’s sites.
- · Manage People costs by developing an annual employment cost plan while ensuring the company's strategic and operations objectives.
- · Manage quarterly and monthly people cost tracking.
- · Develop & enhance recognition programs & monitor their implementation.
- · Develop & manage all allowances for all employees.
- · Lead administering new HR software.
- · Developing the grading system
2. Benefits Administration:
- · Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and retirement plans.
- · Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits administration.
- · Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Payroll & Operations Coordination:
- · Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- · Develop and review Employee reports.
- · Review and verify payroll reporting to ensure compliance with established policies.
- · Address any discrepancies or issues related to compensation and benefits in collaboration with relevant departments.
4. Policy Development and Compliance:
- · Develop and update compensation and benefits policies in accordance with industry trends and regulations.
- · Ensure compliance with local, state, and laws governing compensation and benefits practices in all sites.
- · Educate HR and management teams on changes in compensation and benefits regulations.
5. Communication and Training:
- · Communicate changes to compensation and benefits programs to employees.
- · Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate employees on available benefits and related processes.
- · Conduct training sessions for the payroll team.
- · Address employee concerns or questions regarding compensation and benefits programs.
Job Requirements
- · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- · Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- · In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
