Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the agricultural and fertilizer market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities.
- Manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing plans.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support field marketing and dealer/distributor engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation targeting farmers, resellers, and agronomists.
- Organize agricultural exhibitions, field days, and demo trials to promote product performance.
- Build relationships with agricultural influencers, media, and research institutions.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and report ROI on campaigns.
- Lead and develop the marketing team and external agencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in fertilizers or crop inputs.
- Strong knowledge of the local agricultural market, crop cycles, and farmer needs.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel frequently to agricultural areas and attend events.
