Responsibilities:

• Draft job descriptions, post advertisements, and administer aptitude tests
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes
• Develop training materials for various HR-related topics
• Conduct daily and weekly quality control tests and checks
• Manage attendance and payroll tasks
